Polyethylene film is produced by three-layer co-extruded,have special physical performance,particular surface and  touching feeling of soft.

Equipment

We have seven PE blown production line.One of these has the advanced German-made auto-thickness control machine,thickness can be within ±4%.We have high requirement protective film substratesuch as the black white film,electrical used clear film,blue film.

LDPE protective film substrate: We can offer first grade PE protective film substrate with low crystille and high clarity. The max width can be 2500mm.Thickness can be 0.025mm to 0.18mm.

Heat forming protective film: PE Heat forming protective film have good flatness and excellent thickness control.Maximum width 2500mm,minimum thickness 30microns. used for PC sheets,PMMA sheets,bathtub plates,color steel plates etc.

PE self-adhesive film is a new kind of product developed by us sperately ; this film can be used to replace import self-adhesive film and glue coating protective film ; no glue or adhesive residue ; low gel.wide-used for glass protection , Aluminum plastic board,other plastic sheets etc at room temperature.
